The promotions recognize project managers, senior project managers, senior technical staff, and key leadership roles that support the firm’s continued growth and technical excellence.

The following individuals have been promoted to Project Manager, recognizing their expanding leadership responsibilities and project delivery expertise:

In addition to project- and technical-level promotions, Modjeski and Masters announces the following leadership appointments:
• Jason Doughty has been appointed Chief Operating Officer, overseeing firmwide operations and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
• Blaise Blabac, PE and Tom Cole will provide leadership for the firm’s New York operations, supporting staff development and client service.
• Brad Croop, PE and Anthony Schoenecker, PE have been named leaders within the Field Services Business Unit, strengthening the firm’s inspection and construction engineering capabilities.
• Bryan Loflin, PE will also support leadership efforts for the firm’s North Carolina operations.
