M&M New Orleans once again named a “Best Place to Work”

NEW ORLEANS, LA | Modjeski and Masters’ New Orleans office has been named a “Best Place to Work” by New Orleans CityBusiness for the second year in a row.

Modjeski and Masters was selected in the Small Company category and is one of 54 honorees on the list. The honorees will be featured in the Dec. 27 issue of CityBusiness.

The “Best Places to Work” list identifies and honors top-performing companies in the city. To participate in the program, companies submit information such as benefits, salaries, retention, and advancement opportunities. Next, employees complete an anonymous survey to evaluate workplace culture and environment. The two data sets are combined to select the top honors.

“When our employees come to work, we want create a supportive environment that drives both personal and professional growth,” said Vice President and New Orleans Regional Director Cullen Ledet, PE. “Maintaining an encouraging environment helps employee retention and leads our engineers to serve our clients at the highest level, which ultimately influences our region’s infrastructure."

Modjeski and Masters opened its first office in New Orleans in 1947 and has been a trusted partner in providing full-service bridge engineering services for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, the Public Belt Railroad, the Port of New Orleans, Jefferson Parish, and St. Tammany Parish, among many other clients. The company is the original designer of the Crescent City Connection and the Huey P. Long Bridge.
