MECHANICSBURG, PA | Modjeski and Masters (M&M) is proud to announce that Dr. Frank Artmont, PE, has been named to the inaugural “Top 25 Under 40” list by Roads & Bridges magazine. This national recognition highlights Frank’s exceptional achievements and leadership in the bridge engineering industry.

As a senior engineer in M&M's National Bridge Group, Frank brings nearly a decade of experience in bridge design, rehabilitation, and forensic investigation. His expertise spans fatigue and fracture performance of steel bridges, finite element analysis, and the structural dynamics of complex bridge systems. Frank’s technical expertise is showcased in his work on high-profile projects such as the Hawk Falls Bridge, Sherman Minton Bridge, and the Ambassador Bridge, to name a few. He has also led research for the Federal Highway Administration on ultra-high toughness steel and its impact on bridge redundancy requirements.

Frank’s commitment to advancing the field is further demonstrated by his active involvement in professional organizations, including the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), the International Association for Bridge and Structural Engineering (IABMAS), and leadership roles within AASHTO/NSBA Collaboration Meetings. His research and publications have contributed to industry standards and best practices, reinforcing M&M's reputation for technical excellence and innovation.
