Shawn Brannon Promoted to Project Manager
Modjeski and Masters, Inc. (M&M) is pleased to announce the appointment of Shawn Brannon to Project Manager.
Mr. Brannon joined M&M in 2003 and works in the firm’s Field Service Business Unit out of the Charleston, WV office. He is experienced in the design of fixed bridges, bridge inspections, bridge rehabilitation, truss structures, structural analysis, roadway design, sediment and erosion control design, and construction inspection and monitoring.
As a NBIS-certified and element-level inspector, Mr. Brannon has inspected cable stay, girder, through and deck truss, steel and concrete girder, post-tensioned segmental and suspension bridges. He has also been extensively involved in the rehabilitation of a variety of bridge types, including girder, truss, and cable stay bridges.
In his new role, Mr. Brannon will manage and coordinate West Virginia Division of Highway projects for the Charleston office and help expand M&M’s footprint in West Virginia.

“Shawn has served a key role in the West Virginia market for field services, as he is well known by members of our client in the WVDOH. He has also expanded his role in pursuits of the Ohio field services market. Mr. Brannon holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from West Virginia Institute of Technology and is a registered professional engineer in West Virginia and Ohio.
