Modjeski and Masters welcomes Jack Haynes, PE, DBIA
Modjeski and Masters, Inc. (M&M) is pleased to announce Jack Haynes, PE, DBIA has joined the firm as a vice president and national pursuit leader.
Mr. Haynes has 30 years of experience in the analysis and design of post-tensioned, segmental, and box-girder bridges, complex long-span trusses, tied arch structures, and other concrete and steel bridge structures of varying complexities. He has more than 18 years of progressive experience and team coordination with large, accelerated design-build projects that included extensive innovation development during pursuit, stakeholder outreach at all phases, and working directly with contractors to minimize risk for the bid.
Mr. Haynes joins M&M’s Corporate Business Unit as vice president where he will lead the firm’s national project pursuits.
Mr. Haynes received his master’s degree in structural engineering from the University of Florida and completed his undergraduate civil engineering study at Florida State University. He is a registered professional engineer in 14 states.
"Jack has extensive experience with alternate delivery projects in the transportation arena, including design-build, progressive design-build, public-private partnerships, and construction manager at risk.
