Cullen Ledet Promoted to Vice President
Modjeski and Masters, Inc. (M&M) is pleased to announce the appointment of Cullen J. Ledet, PE to Vice President. In this position, Mr. Ledet will continue to coordinate and lead business development opportunities and pursuits in the New Orleans region, as well as continuing to contribute to the firm’s internal leadership.
Cullen joined M&M in 2002 after having interned two summers with the firm. He has prepared designs, plans, and specifications for a number of complex projects both for new structures and rehabilitations. He also has built up the roadway lighting and highway design sections, having managed numerous multidiscipline projects for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development and other agencies. As a project manager, he has overseen plan and specification development for various complex projects, both traditional and alternative delivery. He also administers open-ended IDIQ contracts, provides QC/QA reviews, and serves as a point of contact for teaming opportunities and project pursuits. Cullen served on the M&M Re-Branding Committee, ESOP Plan Committee, Board of Directors Nomination Committee and Board of Directors Strategic Goal Committees. He currently serves on the M&M PAC Oversight Committee and as an M&M ESOP Trustee and is a mentor in the Firm’s Corporate Mentoring Program.

Cullen earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tulane University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Louisiana, Arkansas, Michigan, and Mississippi and received the 2011 ASCE New Orleans Branch Outstanding Young Civil Engineer award. He is a member of multiple professional organizations including the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), American Concrete Institute (ACI) and the Louisiana Engineering Society (LES). He also serves on the board for the New Orleans Chapter of ASCE.
